DINAR GURUS UPDATE, 25 FEB

2-25-2013  Intel Guru Bluwolf   While we wait to exhale, we see some speak of budgets and relate it to the international release. Some relate it to the current U.S. sequester. Some are seeing looking on Tuesday. Some speak of announcements from certain heads of state or of economical bank organization heads. But seriously all is silent and this is the way it will maintain itself until the banks and brokers receive their emails with the GO. Thou I must assure you that we are on a minute to minute alert no one can ascertain or interrelate anything with what is to be the international release of all currencies (198), but rest assure that the rates shall be fabulous.

2-25-2013  Intel Guru TerryK   JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH SOURCE.  SO WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS THAT CL [CHRISTINE LEGARDE] IS TO SPEAK TODAY AND THEN THE RV LOOKS LIKE TOMORROW, AFTER O [OBAMA] TALKS.  TOMORROW AFTERNOON, IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD, IT'S A TALK ON ECONOMIC REFORM OR ECONOMIC RECOVERY PLAN.  SO, ALOT OF STUFF IN RENO GOING ON WITH IMF AND UST.   JUST WANTED TO SHARE THE EXCITEMENT.

2-25-2013  Newshound Guru Doc   The other big thing this report confirms is the current budget being discussed uses the current program exchange rate of 1166  and not the $3+ so many are emphatically reporting.  For the $3+ number to be true the budget would be more like 30 billion dinar.  Once again math dispels rumor.  We also know the budget is not a prerequisite for the RV although it would be welcomed if it and the other fundamentals got approved in short order.   We report, you decide   [post 2 of 2]

2-25-2013  Newshound Guru Doc   A recent article quoted the World Bank as questioning Iraq's assumption of $90 per barrel as being too aggressive.  Specifically Ms Helen of the World Bank said "budgeting on a barrel of oil specified by $90 without exercise may lead to shock for Iraq".  The article went on to say the budget was 138 trillion dinar.  This outside source confirms a couple of things namely the previous reports of the budget being 138 billion dinar are in fact in error as we reported
